Expanding the frontiers of knowledge and wealth
With the worst infant mortality and malnutrition rates in the world, Africa is regarded as the poorest continent on earth.
Although there are several important factors contributing to poverty in Africa, the absence of a strong capitalism is the main factor. If the populace understood the value of private wealth ownership, perhaps the poverty rate would not be as high.
We firmly think that business is the key to ending poverty in Africa. So, we built a system that encourages and recognises outstanding business talent in Sub-Saharan Africa as we share the vision of the sustainable development goal of the United Nations. So this is a call to action to all and for all.
We strongly believe in giving every person a chance either as a business owner or individual through grants, scholarships, and mentorships.
Mentorship in the Stephen Akintayo Foundation entrepreneurship programme provides a guidance experience to encourage the growth and development of entrepreneurial skills and industry talents across Africa.
Our foundation operates on the principle of providing support to entrepreneurs. With a focus on grants, we strive to empower businesses and help them scale up. Through our grant programs, we actively seek out exceptional entrepreneurs with businesses that align with our mission. We believe in the power of making a difference in the lives of those we support.
Through our scholarship programme, our foundation is devoted to giving students the tools they need to succeed. We work to give deserving people the financial help they require to achieve their academic aspirations because we believe that education is a potent catalyst for both individual and societal improvement.
We are a forward thinking team aiming to create wealth for all by lifting 1 million Africans out of poverty through our support programmes and scholarships.
